βοΈ IETF RFC 3986 URI Percent-Encoding & Query String Parameter Parsing
Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs) defined by IETF RFC 3986 only permit a strict subset of unreserved ASCII characters (`A-Z`, `a-z`, `0-9`, `-`, `_`, `.`, `~`). Reserved delimiters (`?`, `&`, `=`, `/`, `#`) and multi-byte UTF-8 characters must be percent-encoded (`%XX`) to prevent broken query strings and injection bugs.
DH Tools provides instant UTF-8 percent-encoding and decoding alongside an automatic URL parser that splits complex links into protocol, hostname, path, and individual UTM/query key-value pairs.
